Würdemann Family Web Site Has Been Hacked!
Recently this and other web sites experienced a hacker attack. Based on what was left behind, it appears the person was Arabic. Multiple sites experienced various degrees of damage. This site lost it’s family tree, the program you would expect to find on this page instead of this message.
The family tree part of the site was composed of a "shell” which was a GUI interface called PHPGEDView. The program used a relatively standard GED file. The GED file was backed up about a year ago, so only GED data entered since then is lost or will have to be re-entered, if I can determine what was entered.
This also means the information people had entered this past year has been lost. I can only apologize to the contributors and hope to get the family tree portion of the site back up. We still have the photo gallery and blog you can contribute to.
